No C.O.D. orders are accepted.
Backorders are automatically generated unless otherwise requested at the time of order.
Orders may be subject to cancellation if adequate credit status information is not available or if GCA International Inc. is unable to obtain alternative means of payment.
Customers may request order cancellations via telephone, email, or fax.
Damages & Claims
All claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise along with pictures. Save all boxes and packaging for inspection. Only authorized return are accepted. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges. Note: GCA encourages all customers to inspect and count shipments before signing clear. We cannot be responsible for short shipments if verification is not made upon receipt of goods.
GCA products are predominantly hand crafted and may therefore have slight variations in color, texture, or finish. Minor irregularities may occur and are not considered defects.
